Youth in grades 6 through 12 meet every Sunday at 6:00pm, for study, service, and fellowship. We encourage our youth to grow in their faith, as they experience the wonderful gifts and challenges in the world each day.
Our youth are dedicated to community service: 30 Hour Famine (World Vision’s Hunger Program), doing yard work for our seniors, and much more.
Our youth also have opportunities to travel and do mission work in other places. We sent five youth and two adults to a United Methodist Army site in New England in July 2014. U.M. ARMY is an acronym which stands for United Methodist Action Reach-Out Mission by Youth. The U.M. ARMY’s mission is “To provide Christ-centered quality youth work camps that serve people in need and promote spiritual growth and leadership development in youth.”
